GT2 Psx eboot freezes Please Help !!!!!

I created a Gran Turismo 2 Eboot after extracting to iso and to bin and cue after I transfer the eboot and the keys.bin to my psp it loads the game starts the psx splash screen and then freezes at the Playstation logo screen. I'm running firmware 3.02 OEB any help please , much appreciated !!!

I own the disc and created the iso from the disc

i tried this and it worked its a tutorial on how to do it, just change Vagrant Story to GTA2.

tried that it brings an error message thats says CA000005 and I read that you need the keys.bin to fix that , I fixed it and I still get an error message 8002009D , any help now please ?
