i have a umd disk in my psp so i wont have compatibility issues with some isos but when the psp starts it loads the game on my umd how can i make that whenever the psp starts it will go straight to the menu (so i can choose an iso) and not to the game on the umd?

Go in your system settings and turn off Disc Auto Start.
