After i dump the game onto my memory stick what do i have to do to make in play on my psp??

I assume you are running OE firmware? (Stupid question since you say you already dumped the game...)

You should have a file in your PSP's root called. UMD.ISO
I suggest renaming the 'UMD' portion to the name of the game and then just CUT and Paste it to your ms0:\ISO folder

Insert any game or demo (not video) into your umd drive and then go to your game-memory stick folder and select the game to play.
