Hello. Recently my taskbar has become inactive. I usually have it in auto hide mode, but it didn't pop up when I hovered over it, so I changed it back to the normal visible mode. However, it does not work. I can see it, but all the objects are frozen and cannot be changed. I can't right click on items minimized into my taskbar, so I have to open my task manager just to open them up. How can I get my taskbar to work again?
