PSP Network Problem

I'm on 3.40 OE-A, and my internet browser on the psp doesn't work.
It doesn't connect at all, and it gives me this message.
"A connection error has occured. A connection to the access point could not be established. Check the security settings for the network and try again"
My router is a D-Link DI-524, and there's no WEP key or WPA.
I have restored to default settings many times, and still nothing.
Any suggestions?

I don't know anything about routers but when I tried connecting my PSP to net through a Thrustmaster WIFI USB Key I had same problem. The solution was to disable Windows Firewall .
Subsequently I have just added the the WIFI key application as an exception to the firewall settings and works fine.
I actually had better connections with OE than with FW funnily enough.
