r u, by any chance, trying to exit daedalus? it will lock up if u try to sleep or exit.
@glenquag, u need to find out how to redirect ur theme to ur memory stick, thats the only way till theres a bugfix or new custom firmware.
(+[__]%) put this psp in ur siggy. just do it.

o.0 New CFW eh, well I got a psp that has 3.03 oe-c that is customized to fit me. So far I haven't had any games, that I like that require a higher firmware. So is it worth upgrading?

huh? what did I miss? Last I checked was 3.51m33 6 hours ago. Had it for a few days now and no problems with it whatsoever. Whats the new upgrades have? bug removals only? or is there more to it?

so, ive been running 3.4OE without any problems for a few days now, but today, after transferring files (iso) via usb my screen went black. i made sure that it wasnt still loading to the MS and disconnected. after that psp wont restart properly, it skips the whole intro as if it were only in sleep mode.
i tried disconnecting the battery for awhile, but it still wont restart properly.
i restored default settings and it did restart immediately afterwards but again ever since that initial restart it will not.
the umd that was in the drive (GTA:LCS)wont play now either.
even my button config was all messed up, i held R at restart and changed it back, but the psp freezes at the config settings not letting me in forcing me to hard reset..
any ideas what i should do? what happened to it?
thanks in advance.

know where to find a safe downgrade?? the first time i used a 2.71ta-083>1.5, i wouldnt want to use that again i assume??
im kinda worried that if for some reason my psp lost necessary files if downgrading will brick it??
thanks..

You are already at 3.40oe you dont need to downgrade...theres a link in my sig to go back to 1.50. ALso if the psp does lost connection to the memory card it will brick, but it dont happen often, just make sure you have a good/real memory card and not one of those ebay crap.

is it a good idea to downgrade to 1.5 than back to 3.4oe.. none of my isos load now (neither do some umds) and they wont even transfer properly to MS. btw my mem stick is a sansdisk produo 2gb. the pc was screwin up durin my file transfer so i wonder if that had anything to do with it?? thanks.
