Without Lumines is 3.03. But, for there, you'll need GTA: LCS unpatched.
But I think you mean without any software. In that case, 2.80 is the latest that can be downgraded using nothing but downloadable files.

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but I've googled my brain to mush and I've searched the dark bowels of this forum and still I can't find an answer. Here's the question, I've got 3.52 M33 and I can't find a NesterJ download with the two folders (one with the % and one normal) I downloaded a homebrew pack from another site for 1.50 when I had 1.50 and I'm pretty sure the files were like that (with the two folders, one with %) but now all I can find is the eboot. I put everything in the GAME150 folder but it just says corrupted data. Does 3.52 M33 not support NesterJ? If not, is there an NES Emu that is supported? Please help, I'm so sad that I can't play Zelda at work anymore! :(

I have a new psp with v3.5 and tried to install this following instructions but when I try to open I get message that says "Game cannot be played". The only thing that I had trouble with was copying to games/1.5 because folder didnt exist so I just pasted into psp/games. Can any suggest what to do next .

you cant use homebrew on official firmware and i know you have official firmware cause there is no custom 3.50
