not true... downgrader could be made from the 3.50 downgrader...
just no1 about to make it! psp scene is dyin before our eyes!
maybe the M33 team will create 1 soon?

It's funny how, just by looking back at your own question, you will find the answer...

it's bcoz of the liqour,me & my friends drank..it affects in my head alot dis tym..
but my biGGest question is,..cn i possible dwngrde it after som1 god-blessed programmers invented a newly-hack FW 4 3.51s?
or i cn find an ISO loader 4 non-M33 3.51?

when you typed modchip-it makes a link..you were asking what a modchip was...you basically answered your own question..Just click the link...
As far as downgrading your firmware...As soon as a downgrader is available, and an exploit is found-then you can do so...Just have to play the waiting game until then....But sorry to say there is not an ISO loader for you...

First of all, it's not a downgrader. The text on the bottom is kinda confusing to a newbie. It meant to say is it works on 3.40OE not official 3.40. So, the answer is no. It won't work for you.
#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe

That looks like its just a little homebrew program so you can get into recovery mode without having to turn the psp off??

I think the network update prx works better myself...Then with a little topmenu editing...Voila! Just have to hold the R trigger when you select it so it goes into recovery..Did the same for the location free player icon too..

Thanks- I picked up a couple of those big theme packs from QJ.net and messed around with the different icon sets and such...
This is the one thats on my flash right now...I use CXMB if I want to mix and match because that just runs off the memstick and I dont have to worry so much about semi-bricking because of a bad topmenu rco

You cant downgrade a 3.51 with GTA:LCS unpatched or otherwise...That only works if you have 2.50-2.60 or 2.80-3.03 firmwares.

Hmmm...Sounds fishy. You should post a guide to help others-Give the details of your downgrade, what steps you took etc...

lol unless u have been living under a rock u'd know that to downgrade any PSP firmware (up to 3.52)you can use a spare battery and the app Pandoras battery. This can also unbrick your psp. To find a guide just type "Pandoras battery PSP" (no quotes) in google and your good 2 go. Only bad thing is you need to know someone on a custom firmware or 1.5.
