hi, have a 3.11 and want to upgrade to 3.5 then to 1.5 , then use the 340oe , and of course having the Lumnies umd. just curious on one thing .
On this one website where they have the downgrade and upgrade files , the have this on the bottom :

Warning: After downgrading from 3.50 to 1.5, there are some remnants of 3.50 left in flash if you motherboard is a TA-082 or TA-086. If you later try to re-upgrade to normal 3.30+ things will break. At some later point, Fanjita will work on a cleaner downgrader, that will remove these extra files. Until then, enjoy! (Don't worry, upgrading to any OE firmware still works fine).

just curious , if anything i should worry about, having some remnants left or of things breaking, thanks

If you have TA-082 or TA-086 you should worry.

it doesnt matter if ur going to 3.40 oe-a. when u go from 3.50 to 1.50, theres remnants of 3,50 still there. wen u go to 3.40 oe-a, it formats ur flash. wen u recover to 1.50 from 3.40 oe-a (if u need to eventually) it also formats the flash, so no need to worry.
