Will there be a firmware or patch update that will let you connect your psp to the TV, like the new slim one? Im not gonna buy a slim psp just for tv output, and even better if my old one can do it somehow.

maybe. nobody knows. im gettin one launch day but only for liability purposes. homebrew on one, legal stuff on the other, u know? lol

Also, you'd need to buy some sort of TV adaptor for the old psp.
