psp power light wont turn on

i have found a psp yesturday afternoon, it works fine, reads umds, plays music and videos
the screen is in good condition but the sides have a few little bumps and dings
the only problem i noticed was that the green power light doesnt turn on
anbd as i dont have a charger yet i dont know if the orange light works either

Thats probably a sign telling you to return it to its rightful owner before it explodes in your hands...

But as far as the light, it might have been knocked loose from rough handling as you said it was banged up...When you get your charger-I guess as long as its charging the battery,it should be fine...

haha you FOUND it? how did you find it? man i wish i could just randomly find a psp. that would be pimp. anyways, try getting a power cord. see if it works. maybe the light is blown
