epsxe graphics problem

hi evrybody. i am very new to this and this is the first time ever doing this. really. anywayz i have epsxe v 1.6.0, with a lot of gpu plugins( pete's dx6 d3d, pete's openGL, pete's open GL2 and pete's d3d). okay i configured everything with epsxecutor and when i first started to play my iso it worked great. no problems. but now all of a sudden it stops working. it doesn't even want to load the bios. i tried configuring it again with epsxecutor but it won't start. when i try to start it has something about a microsoft error report. and it says that something is wrong with the graphics. someone please help me. i want to play my games again.
