Im trying to backup my guitar hero game and it wont burn. whats wrong?

Sorry,was a bit tired when i looked at the pic',and the cause is probably not media related,however i cant really find any info on your burner,but thats no biggie

from the pic,it says there is a communication error,which could mean a multitude of things:-

is the burner installed correctly? master/slave?....->
have you got another drive?
If its slave and you have another drive,set it to master,and take out the second drive
is the cable ok? (likely cause)
is the firmware up-to-date?
aspi layers working correctly (you can use nero info tool to check this)

So check all these things first,so to sum up:

1)cables Must be good (my guess checking/having the correct cable will solve it),make sure its seated properly
2)set the drive to master,and remove second drvive if you have one
3)insure firmware is latest
4)insure aspi is installed and working ok
