That's bs. Not true at all. I have one with custom firmware and one with 3.51 They both play videos just fine.

i try 2 download videos on 2 my psp but it never works.sometimes it just takes up my memory.do u know how to really do it

They need to be in mp4 format. Depends on your firmware version, you might need to name the video a certain way.
#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe
Whatever happens, happens...

i got the video and it was converted into mp4 but i made a file called video and i put it in that file and it didnt work.i have 3.51
