Ok. My Wii is getting the chip in it tomorrow by a proffessional(he puts them into cellphones too so I know he's good).

Ok. I have burned three games. Tell me if they will work most likely.

1. Burned them on TDK R+ DVD disks
2. Burned at 4x(lowest I can) on a DVD drive
3. Read the Wii disk with the right LG drive
4. Am about to install 1.2 config when I get my Wii


Will my backups work most likely?

you're not getting responses because of two things:

1)You have ignored the stickies above that would answer most of your questions.

2)"Probably would work" and "working" are two different things. With the range of variables that can lead to a non-working backup, you really won't know until you try it out. Plain and simple.
