i really want to try out the edison carter cheat device for GTA LCS and VCS but its only compatable with 3.03 oe-c. im currently on 3.40 oe-a and was wondering what are the major differences between 3.03oe-c and 3.40 oe-a? can you still play isos and csos with out a UMD in the drive with 3.03 oe-c?

you can play some games, both on 3.40 oe-a and 3.03 oe-c the major difference is that they took out the certifcate utility in 3.40, and 3.40 can play the newest games.
