Hi I just got my wii fixed with a wiikey today and earlier i just tried to get it region free by dling the config 1.2 of wiikey. Since I didnt really know how to burn it, I just unzipped it and burned the stuff on a CD. I put it in the wii but it gives me a question mark of not able to read the disc. What did I do wrong? It's supposed to be on a DVD or what did I miss here? Please give me advice.

you unzip it and you get a .bin file.. double click that and you will get a .iso (just over 4gig in size)

then burn that as an IMAGE to a DVD

Read the READ ME FILE included in the Wiikey update download.

I don't understand why this is asked almost daily when reading the documentation that comes with the downloaded update tells you how to create the ISO to burn to DVD.
