i look over before posting and i couldn't find an answer
i recently upgraded to 3.40 and attempted to put the custom XMB on it, i do everything like i am suppose to go to recovery, toggle the flash 0 usb , and put the new files into the RESOURCE folder, when i exit the recovery, psp launches, shows the modded beginning and freezes shortly afterwards, on a pretty little modded background screen, before the icons appear. Please help.
I tired 2 different themes, the Milky Sweet, and Desi Soulja? Brown, if that helps in anyway. I have the 333 cpu set, and Free UMD region enabled. Any help appreciated.

okay, now i have the custom icons showing up and everything, the only problem now is that when i try to transwer the custom wallpaper, size 480 x 276 or the original psp theme size, it says that there isnt enough space, but there clearly is.

thank-you

well, there is a flash agent that is in english. i forgot what it was called.
try looking at what size the original BG was. (MB, KB) *filesize*

and see the difference in the one your trying to use.

maybe its not compat for it. did you name it 01-12 or whatever the original was called?

you have to name it after the original so it will overwrite the other.

hope this helps! :)

I have the proper FLASHAgent Tool you need. What it does is blank out a bunch of dummy files on your flash giving your plenty of room to customize. Download it here. Install it like any other homebrew for OE firmwares. When running select the option that says something like "Relink Dummy Files", it will do its thing and when its done you can exit the program. Congrats you can now customize to your hearts content.
