NEED HELP CHANGING XMB ICONS

Im really noob at this and am trying to change xmb icons. I cannot find topmenu_plugin.rco, Its not in the root of my psp nor ne where else i can see. Plz Help me wat do i do?

Follow this tutorial to clear some flash0 space so you wont brick your psp by adding the customized files... http://www.pspbrew.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6797

Once you've done that, you can use this tutorial to customize your xmb... http://www.pspbrew.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=70489#70489

Just make sure to back up the files your replacing so if something goes wrong you can use the backups to fix it.
