I have 2 psp's and they bothhave the same FW as above and they both began to give me problems i am not sure why or how..
Some UMD games load and some dont..
When exiting games I have a please wait screen frozen..
Some ISO'S that worked before no longer work..
And i get a squares around my icons..
sometimes my XMB doesnt load until i eject the game from the UMD slot.
have tried messin with recovery setting and no luck even took it back to 1.5 and the same thing happened. I am now trying to go to 3.40 0e c to see if that works... But does anyone know what could have gone wrong?
Is it possible that both lasers are going out? Not likely.. but i am frustrated and confused.

For the game/iso problem, make sure you have no-umd mode set to disabled.

Were your icons still displaying wierd when you went back to 1.50?

now they worked..I donnt know if was an XMB issue ya know using flash agent and ...i dunno i just got out of it recovereed and went to 3.4 oe a and left it alone it is for my kids and they can just deal with it..Mine i will continue to ty and fix but thanks there are no longer problems and i better leave well enough alone...
