I was given the codes for the starview for ntl dublin but when i use them they dont work in fact i dont think its the codes thats the problem. is there any other reason why i cant get the channels back and if there is how can i solve the problem?wb thanx

The codes didn't change this time. the channel frequencies were changed. you will need to do a factory settings and a full automatic scan and all will be well again.
