I can't run Monster hunter 2 or other games

So every time I try loading Monster hunter 2 and some other games it gives me the error 80020148. This is weird because it worked before then all of a sudden didn't. Some games still run, but some don't. I was in 3.4OEA custom firmware and just now upgraded to 3.51 custom firmware, but the games still don't load.
