Making PAL backups online after converting to NTSC

I have a PAL version of Phantasy Star Universe . Is it possible to be able to play it online in the U.S. after converting it to NTSC and then rebuilding it?

I don't know about rebuilding it, but by converting, you mean using the PAL to NTSC progrems? Yes. When you convert from PAL to NTSC your just converting the video signal of the game, no the code itself. Just make sure you backup is patched after.
