is there no way to play downloaded games downloaded games on my psp with out lumines and gta? they aren't sold on Iceland :( i have 2.81 there just must be a way :( plz help me :( i REALY want to play death jr again X'(

No, the official firmware you are using does not have the capability of playing downloaded games-nor will it ever..Which is why you need one of those two games in order to "unlock" the capability of doing so.

Not now but maybe eventually. There are two types of downgrades, software based and hardware based. On one hand the hardware based ones require the use of a piece of hardware,usually a UMD, to exploit a hole in the PSP's firmware and let a downgrade be initiated. On the other hand softare based downgraders are done entirely through software so anyone with access to the computer and the internet can accomplish them. So for your question, next time there is a software based exploit/downgrade released then you will be able to downgrade but until then you will either need a copy of Lumines or a unpatched GTA.

You have to have Lumines. Either the original Lumines or the Platinum or Greatest Hits version will work.

Yes, you can use either...However, You need Lumines if your firmware is at 3.50-Lumines will not work with the firmware you are currently using (2.81) Which is why you have the option of using GTA because you can update to official sony 3.03 fw and then downgrade using GTA, or you can upgrade to official 3.50 and use Lumines...

Yes I did. Because you are at a firmware that can be downgraded via the GTA exploit. If you upgraded to 3.50 then only the Lumines exploit would work for you.
