i've heard other people who had the same problem. i also had this problem. the problem is that one point doesnt line up exactly straight with the d0 point. some people have solved it by scraping the d0 point. let me just warn u that i did it and ended up breaking my xbox. so be very cautious. go to http://www.xbox-scene.com there is a tutorial there on how to do it right.

I assume you mean the green light on the front of the xbox here? The one that indicates draw opening.

The mod chip doesnt have a green one on it!

I am still a newbie fresh out of the womb...but I am pretty sure that there is a green LED on the xecuter 2.2 lite...maybe this is the chip he had...

to get that third lite working this is what you could use and what i did....

Home Depot shopping
#6-32 x 3/8" Brass Screws
1 small plastic bag with lock washers, external tooth...about 3 or 4 of them in the bag

im figuring that your using the xecuter 2.2 with the pogo pins....

the screw is going to be a little bigger than the hole in the xbox and on your chip so your going to have to slowly screw it in and back out until you fully get it through your chip...

your going to have to do about the same to the motherboard with the xbox too....

when your done with that, put three washers over the hole on the motherboard, put the chip over the hole and start screwing the screw in....

dont do it too tight, thats what happened to me and how i went about figuring this all out but it acutally worked...anyway, tighten it a good amount and move the board around.... the light either should stay lit or it should light up for a second and stop

if it doesnt want to stay lit, take a piece of paper, pretty small. fold it in half and put it under the lower left corner of the chip by the edge of the motherboard...this will raise the south part of the chip and even off the board...

Now move the chip under the d0 position and you should have it...

you should know by now its not exactly that easy, but try this method and read up on other peoples methods and try to intertwine all of them to get it...We all know its a pain in the &%#, but once you get it, you'll be happy as....until the next part!!!
