I just downgraded to 1.5 firmware and then upgraded to 3.03 oe-a thinking i would be able to do all kinds of cool stuff with it, i probably sound dumb, but i have not been able to figure out how to even play my downloaded games for it, everytime i try and play them it says "cant start game" what am i doing wrong?

When you say downloaded games do you mean ISO's?
If so copy the ISO's to your memory stick in the ISO folder.
Also check your recovery menu and set NO-UMD off. Place a demo or game into your UMD drive and try again.

Most Homebrew have instructions where to place the apps. Most of them go into the GAME150 folder.

well the two games i have downloaded from sites are crash bash and final fantasy 8, after you unzip them and open them up they are pbp files i guess and they dont work, but i heard that psx games like those will work on 3.03 oe-a, im lost right now
