hi,
the first time i used this program i clicked the .avi moive i wanted and it came up fine converted it.
the second time i keep getting this:
can't locate decompressor for format mp43
virtualdub a video for windows(vfw)compatible codec to decompress video. directshow codecs, such as those used by windows media player, are not suitable.
what did i do wrong, please can someone help.

YOu need to have the appropriate codecs and filters before you can do anything. Have a go at http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/48608
