i never requested them, simply asking if anyone has been able to make a backup of these games.

The way you worded it sounded like you were asking for it. And if you mean the XBA game, then no. You can't copy XBA games because you have to pay for them, and they are most likely married to the system like Wii VC games.

To backup shivering isles you will have to wait till September I believe when the Game of the year edition comes out. It with have both expansions of the game on disc and therefore you will be able to back it up.
