go into usb mode and go to the psp->game folder tell me if u got a folder called RECOVERY if not do have that folder download it, if you do make sure u have the 1.50 update in there and make sure its called UPDATE.PBP and then go to run program at psp/game/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP and that should work

Google is good, but search psp-hacks, qj.net (the psp section), psp hackzors, psp-hacks and qj are awesome for file downloads though...best of luck man, I've bricked a psp before I know the horrible feeling...
