help WHY no movies on custom firmware

I have a 3.03 oe custom firmware psp which is working fine but i am no longer able to play movies off my memory card. I place the file in the video folder, but when i go to play it comes up as corrupt data

On what firmware were you able to play movies on?

the movies only worked on official sony firmware. this is the first time i have tried on custom firmware and no luck

thanks for your help i now managed to work it out. I was putting the file in the wrong folder. in needed to go in \MP_ROOT\100MNV01 not in the video folder
