Thanks to some of the recommendation in the prev thread ( http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/538452 ) I was able to open up my PSP to find that my Sound Jack was completely ripped off the WIFI/Sound Board. A replacement has been purchased off eBay for $15. But now I have no idea how one of the metal plating pieces fits back in when it arrives?!

Being the idiot engineer that I am, I forgot to take pictures of it when I was taking it apart to reverse Engineer the process. DUH

Ok, so here's my log jam. With the Memory Board taken out

Image 1:This is what I have with loose piece

Image 2: One of the platings taken out

Image 3: D-Pad taken out

Image 4: Now here is where I get lose with the metal plating on the right (BIG RED CIRCLE); I have an additional metal plating, the guard that holds in the WIFI/Sound board on right (+2 Screws). Now where the heck does this metal plating fit in with the metal plating above the PSP (middle of pic).

That piece goes over the memory card slot thingy. I think in the picture just rotate it counter clockwise so the two metal tab thing on it points to the left.(and maybe backwards?)
