Ive descided that im going to get the independence expliot on my mc. My question is can you play back-up games online with cogswap? Thanks in advance!

Well, Cogswap alone won't let you play online, you have to patch the DNAS code first.

In the PS2 - DVD Backup discussion forum (which we're in), there's a sticky titled "Quick Links- Check Here before Asking Common Questions" thread, and the DNAS part starts at question 20 or so. Oh yeah, the list of DNAS codes may be out of date, but a simple forum search will find you the up to date list.

Yeah, you should be able to. Also, if the game doesn't work with CogSwapLoader, there's another way, but try CSL for now :)
