Lets you cheat in games. Like in Socom for example (no i dont cheat in socom, i play fair) but you can get like infinate ammo and health and lots of other stuff in just about any game for psp. Its basically a bunch of cheat codes that you use in game. But please if you play Socom, dont use them online.

^^Maybe, people get suspicious of how good someone can be, and suspect them of having illegal software...Just a guess, not trying to be rude...
