I have tried to use dvd shrink twice allready with different movies and after i encryp them witn nero i try to open files with dvd shrink and it tells me the following " DVD Shrink encounter an error and can not continue, failed to open file D:video_ts/vts_02_3.vob"
Is there a way i can fix this?

You need to decrypt the movie for shrink to be able to open it. Shrink is not updated so it needs help. Get a free decrypter here: http://dvdfab.com/free.htm

After you decrypt the movie then DVD Shrink will be able to open it.
