Corrupted data with Universal Remote

I've recently downloaded the Universal Remote application for my PSP, and I'm quite enjoying it. =) However, a corrupted icon keeps showing along with the file even though the "hide corrupted icons" from my recovery menu is enabled. It hides the corrupted icon that came along with gpSP, though.
Is this normal? Is there anyway I can hide this? Corrupted icons bugs me... =/

Yeah that happens sometimes...the easiest way to hide corrupted icons (works 100% of the time) is to put SCE tags on your homebrew app names.
for example i'll use GPSP...
__SCE__GPSP
%__SCE__GPSP
add those tags to your homebrew file names and say good bye to your corrupted icons. By the way its 2 underscores on each side of SCE

Thanks, dude. But do I have to put the % before the SCE? I know % are usually located at the end of the file name, so I'm not sure.
EDIT: Never mind; I got it. Thanks again! =)

Sorry to double post; I just couldn't take it anymore! >_<
Well, I thought I finally got it since the corrupted icon was gone; but when I try to use the application, it just brings me to a black screen, and after a couple of seconds my PSP would turn off by itself. It works fine whenever I put the original names of the files, though.
Any other way to hide this blasted corrupted icon? I'm so desperate... Thanks.

It probably does that cause your either puting the % sign after the name instead of at the beginning like i showed or your using one before and after. just type it out exactly how i showed.

I tried both, actually. Putting the percent sign in front of the SCE hides the corrupt icon, but will NOT able to run the application(as I mentioned above: just brings you to a black screen and turns off your PSP after a couple of seconds).
Anyway, I've given up on it; I think there is no way to hide the corrupted icon without losing the application's playability. So now I'm using IR Shell instead: better and no corrupt icon! =O
By the way, thanks for your help, staxx; I appreciate it. =)

Works on all mine...playability works fine for them too... You sure your puting the % sign on the correct folder as there should be two folders. UR_% and UR _
Just rename it to this...(you can even copy and paste what i write)
__SCE__UR
%__SCE__UR

Well, the folders I have came with weird names: UR _ and UR~% or something similar to that(I can't check it right now; I'm at work).
I renamed the folders just like how you told me, without altering the original names. Though it did hide the corrupted icon, the application wouldn't run. I'm gonna try renaming it the way you did on your latest post and see if it works.
Once again, thank you very much for your help. =)
