is my TV really playing Xbox 360 1080p?

Hey all, so i have a question about my TV and it's playback with the 360.

I have an Olevia 37" 537h model TV. I plug my 360 in using component cables. Now my TV is supposedly only up to 720p/1080i but when I select the 1080p option on my TV, it displays without a problem. My questions are will i be able to use it on 1080p without a problem and is it really displaying in TRUE 1080p? Thanks.

My guess is you shouldn't have a problem. However, I don't believe you're getting true 1080p. not completely sure though

It probably accepts 1080p but downconverts it to 720p.
