Hi, i just got a new psp (3.40) but the games are so expensive.... i have read some stuff but i just cant find ANYTHING about downgrading with out Lumines or GTA :( do i have to have that junk? In my country those games have bin sold up for AGES and i doubt that it will ever come again :( If i need the games where can i find them in the right version??
Just to add to that: Any version of Lumines sould be fine at the moment, though a couple of weeks ago they started selling patched versions in Japan, i don't know how far that's spread by now

The "exploit" in GTA can only be used with the 3.03 firmware, that's why you'll need Lumines, to downgrade from 3.40 (But first you'll have to upgrade your fw to 3.50 for it to work).
What i've heard most people do is try and find it at a BlockBuster or something and just borrow it for 3 days or something, so it doesn't cost them much, but they can do the downgrade.
