Service Pack 2 - AGAIN~!!!!

I have installed service pack 2, and after the reboot, only the wallpaper is appearing now without any icons or the taskbar... it is just "freezing"...

I tried to get to the SafeMode by F8 to roll over the update, but it doesn't work (i doesn't even appear) it can't get to the safe mode or the "last good config"..

How can i solve this :S ?
