OK, so I've got a GTALCS unpatched disc. Can someone shed some light on how to perform the move to 1.5? It would be much appreciated.
I've done 2.71 to 1.5, etc. etc., just never done it with the aid of a disc.
Thanks in advance.

Oh, btw, the disc is from Germany. If it makes a diff., let me know.

First go here and click the show button for the 2.81-3.03 downgrader any motherboard. Its best to be on 3.03 fw. You can find the upgrade to 3.03 at http://dl.qj.net Click on PSP on the left hand side, then click firmwares and find the 3.03 fw. Upgrade and use the guide i gave you. Follow the instructions carefully. Good luck.=]

I found a nifty forum thread on quickjump that gave the tutorial and provided all the files I need. Thanks a mill., ceyupe! But.... stupidity has stricken! My friend felt it necessary to update his FW to Sony's 3.52 so he could sync w/his ps3. I regretfully informed him that he kcuffed himself bigtime.. Ah, well. Now I have the gtalcs disc and can help the next person w/it.
