Anybody else having issues with this game?

no other games have given me any issues.

wiikey with newest US Wii console.

Ive never updated the wiikey with the update disk.

It's not the NTSC version, just the PAL patched for NTSC consoles.

Make sure to read the comments to see if it's really the NTSC version.

If you download a Mario Striker Charged NTSC Wii-VORTEX version I would recommend using Wii Brick Blocker and make sure it is the NTSC(U) version and not the patched PAL version to NTSC(U).

You can do this by loading the ISO you download into Wii Brick Blocker and click on the "READ INFO" option(Version 1.3 has this option).

Doing this will confirm that you do have a USA (North American) version of the game and should have better online connectivity due to connecting to servers in North America and no longer over seas when using the PAL version.

I have the actual NTSC .iso
Do I need to click "Patch" and use the wii brick blocker on this game or is it OK to let it update?

i havent dl'd this one yet, but apparently the VORTEX version has no update on it. so that probably means it's the legit US version

Yup, it indeed is. The game leaked out sometime in the morning of the 31st. Get yours today!
