I just bought a new starview box , installation went fine a bit disappointed to get only 37 channels no sky sports or movies anyone got any suggestions

Do a factory reset, turn off your box at the back for a minute, turn back on go through the installation process again. Make sure key emu is on.

No older Starviews can use as follows:
Starview Genuine Box latest firmware is version 4.
Starview Clone Box latest firmware is the fixed 2.57, ( allows autoroll).

scoouse do u have to have the emu on before u do an automat`ic scan im after doing 3 boxes today and all got all there channels this last 1 im only getting 37 channels and also when i do a factory reset do i have to install the software tru gtrom again iv the boxstarview n**
You can have the emu on or off during scanning. It just needs to be on to unscramble the channels.You do not need to install the firmware again after a factory reset, just remember to turn the box off for a minute though before going through the installation phase.
