Running iso from pc using usb on 3.40 oe-a how to?

Ive looked at many guides, but each say different things. I want to know how to run isos from my pc to my psp using a usb cable. I have a non TA-82 mobo and I am running 3.40 oe-a dax =D. Any help is appreciated.

Well I got it working to where I can try to load the isos off the pc, but they all just restart my psp =(, is there a solution to this?
