Something to get the MAC shortcut bar?

I remember awhile ago I had a program that made my computer look like it was running Vista and it had the MAC shortcut bar. Does anybody know what that program is called?

i think you mean the dock, could have been object dock, aqua dock or rocket dock and im sure there are others....just google those.

Also, how do I get my XP to look like vista?

I had a program not too long ago that I thought was called Vista Properties but I guess that actually wasn't it...
