Im/was running DAX 3.40oe-a but when i tryed to put a custom theme on, the flash was full so it was only half done.
i deleted all the flash, then i put on my flash back up.
i changed the font, waves, battery icon, volume bar and coldboot, then when i went to system settings, i saw that it said 3.30oe-a!
Im not quite sure what has happened, if you have any ideas please let me know. thnx in advance.
ps - can somebody please explain why custom gameboots will not work on my psp! thnx again

YOU ARE SO LUCKY!!! You said you deleted all the flash? That really coulda messed up your PSP man. Lucky that all it did was give you a 3.30 oe-a version instead of the popular brick version lol. But I wonder how it do that....

lol, i know, i thought i would have had the popular brick version, i had everything crossed!!!
i think i know why now, i think it was because i backed up my old 3.30oea and not my 3.40oea then deleted the 3.40oea from my flash and then put the 3.30oea in its place!!!
not sure tho!
anyways can someone still plz explain why my gameboots dont work

well im tryin to put the prince of persia gameboot on but it wont let me and i dont want to flash it on because im running a ta-082 and u never know whats goin 2 happen with them motherboards and its unpatched aswell!!

Are you putting it in the ISO folder? and you must have custom firmware judging by your sig. But try recovery and disable "NO-UMD" mode

ye man dominator is fun, i have a umd in the drive and ive got the vista boot working but the prince of persia 1 still isnt working, its to big and i dont wanna flash it to make more room!

nah i dont got MSN and you aren't allowed to ask that here. some other guy got permently suspended for that but anyway if the ISO is too big for your mem stick then it wont fit. if you have other ISOs or emulators on then delete that then put P.O.P on I have that too and its more than 1 gig. so i cant play it. I only got a gig

i have 2 gig stick mate with 284mb left, and wots P.O.P, if its prince of persia, im not on about the game, im on about the prince of persia gameboot with the slashs and blood.

ok So Ive got gameboots to work but now i want to know why my xmb icons wont work!!!
the xmb icons are the only thing i cant get to work please help me!!
oh ye im running 3.30oe-a at the moment! on a ta-082(if it makes a difference)
i also cant get full themes to work

when i put custom icons on, the psp boots up and loads the battery bar but everything else stays white!!
