Why Doesn't CWCheat Work?

I have CWCheat 0.1.9 with the latest library codes. However, when I go to activate a cheat, I tell it [Y], and then [Y] Activate Cheats. But in the game itself, the cheats don't take effect. Ex: Daxter, Dead to Right, Coded Arm. In Daxter, the cheat gives you 999 golden egg things. After activated, I still have the same ammount, but when I gain 1 golden egg in the game, it locks up and needs to be hard booted, so I know that something in the memory is being modified. Am I doing something wrong or am I gunna have to find a better cheat device?

Hmmmm. Not sure what's wrong there. CWCheat works for me. I have verion 0.1.7 or something like that though.

hey does anybody know what the reason for this? coz im playing daxter now and im kinda trapped and need the cheat so that ill be able to past this stage.... hope someone can help me thanks.....
