does anyone know how to create a xmb and put it on psp.

i sort of know how to create one, but because u dont even know how to put it on, im assuming ur a psp noob, and should not try it.
to install it, u must first be on a custom firmware with flash0 access, like the OE series and M33.
open up the flash0 from recovery mode, and replace the files with the custom ones. simple.

i have 3.40 oe a but some weird reason i'm having trouble going into recovery mode is there something else you have to do rather than just pressing r and turning psp on

the psp is probably in sleep mode. hold the psp switch up for 5 seconds. and, HOLD R, dont just press it.
