i want to know should i stay at 1.5 or go for the 3.52 m33-2 update would i have to update to play new ISO's on my 1.5 or could i just stay

I suggest going to 3.52 M33. It's much easier playing Iso's since you don't have to deal with Devhook and if you have any UMD's you'll be able to play them no problem since you're on the latest firmware. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

totally agree. you also have the added bonus of both a recovery mode and the 99% compatible no-UMD loader
