PSP with no english !!

I seen some PSP which they are said to be new, but when i start them up, i noticed that in the langagues, there are no English, and the versions are 1.50. So i thought that they might be downgraded but with an non english 1.50 FW, and then were re-sold.. So, if i did upgrade this PSP to an OE CFW, would it be working fine, and would it have English in the langauges.

most probably there will not be english after ur upgrade. u have to replace the english language file into ur flash0 i suppose.

there is no such thing as a non-english 1.50FW, all 1.50FW is identical.
the language settings are stored in flash1 and not flash0, so once you delete flash1 (which is safe) it will ask you to select language again.
