Dudes,
I wanna buy a PS3. could someone explain me what do I need to know before buying?

and what do I need to do to get ISO's to work in the 60GB memory.

What do you mean to get what to work?
And you can't play ISO's on the hardrive. You can't even play PS3 backups. All you can do is play PS2 backups which requires opening it.

If they are backup MOVIES then yes, but that is the only thing that will work without ANY modification to your PS3.
