Hey. Thanks for having me!

I have this problem. I have AntiVir Personal Ed. working in the background and it's picking up on some malware or something that it won't let go. The computer keeps making a beep when it tries to move on but it keeps getting hung up on the same file.

It says:

I'll click on all of the radio buttons it has including delete and ignore but it'll still kick it back but sometimes it'll be in ...\tmp4

I've run registry mechanic, I've cleaned up the C: drive using the automatic thing in Windows and I'm running Spybot S&D as we speak.

If possible, can I get instructions on how to fix this in plain english?

Download and Run ComboFix
*Download this file from either of the two below listed places :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

*Then double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
*When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
